PRYPCO Blocks is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) with licence number F007958 and is registered with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) under trade licence number 7381.

In order to sign up for an account, you will be required to submit some personal information about yourself as well as supporting papers like your passport and a proof of address as part of the onboarding process. This is done to make sure that the Know Your Customer (KYC) process of the DFSA is being followed.

For each property, the maximum investment is 31% of the total funding amount or AED 183,500 ($50,000), whichever is lower. The annual investment limit of AED 367,000 ($100,000) does not apply to professional investors. To qualify as a professional investor you must meet the following criteria: • Net assets: You must have at least AED 3.67 million ($1 million) in net assets. Due to regulatory requirements, we will need sufficient evidence of your status as a professional investor. The asset test excludes the value of your primary residence but may include the following assets held directly or indirectly: • Cash holdings in current or savings accounts and fixed deposits. • Listed securities such as stocks, bonds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). • Holdings of units in mutual funds. • Your investment holdings managed by PRYPCO Blocks. • Investment property or secondary residences, deducting any mortgages or other charges held over the property from the asset value. • 33% of the market value of Recognised Crypto Tokens, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Toncoin, and Litecoin. • Experience: Either: • Have worked in a relevant professional role at a licensed financial institution within the last two years; or • Demonstrate sufficient experience and understanding of financial markets, products, or risks. When purchasing a property, there are various transaction costs involved. These costs can include expenses such as DLD transfer & registration fees, trustee fees, brokerage fees, property insurance, valuation fees and DIFC fees, among others.

All investors are legally registered in the property through their ownership of shares in an Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which is established in the DIFC.
